Canada  04.09.2020 Canada specified that the requirement to arrive at Calgary (YYC), Montreal (YUL), Toronto (YYZ) or Vancouver (YVR) does not apply to passengers arriving in direct flights from listed countries. Partially Restrictive 
Chad 03.09.2020 Chad has changed the requirement for medical certificates to be issued 7 days before arrival, instead of 72 hours. Partially Restrictive 
Chile  31.08.2020 Chile extended the entry restrictions until 14 September 2020. Totally Restrictive
China

31.08.2020 China (People's Rep.) introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from or having transited through Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czechia, Germany, Greece or Qatar. China (People's Rep.) specified that from 2 September 2020 the medical certificates for passengers arriving from or having transited through Turkey must be issued 3 days before departure, instead of 5 days. China (People's Rep.) will introduce a medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from or having transited through Austria, Gabon, Mexico or New Zealand from 3 September 2020, and for passengers arriving from or having transited through France or Tanzania from 4 September 2020.

01.09.2020 China (People's Rep.) specified that the entry restrictions do not apply to passengers with a Chinese permanent residence permit.

02.09.2020 China (People's Rep.) has changed the requirement for medical certificates to be issued 3 days before departure, instead of 5 days, for passengers arriving from or having transited through certain countries. China (People's Rep.) will introduce the medical certificate requirement for certain passengers.

03.09.2020 China (People's Rep.) introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from or having transited through Austria, Gabon, Mexico or New Zealand.

04.09.2020 China (People's Rep.) introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from or having transited through Angola, France or Tanzania. China (People's Rep.) will introduce a medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from or having transited through certain countries.

Cyprus

05.09.2020 Cyprus started allowing entry to passengers arriving from Australia, is no longer allowing entry to passengers arriving from Monaco and Rwanda and introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from Australia, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Denmark 31.08.2020 Denmark started allowing entry to residents of Bulgaria, and is no longer allowing entry to residents of Andorra, Croatia, France, Malta and Monaco. Partially Restrictive 
Dominican Republic  03.09.2020 From 15 September, Dominican Rep. will remove the medical certificate requirement. Partially Restrictive 
Ecuador  02.09.2020 Ecuador specified under what conditions are expired normal passports issued by Ecuador considered valid.  Partially Restrictive 
Egypt

01.09.2020 Egypt specifies that all passengers require to have a medical certificate.

02.09.2020 Egypt specified that passengers arriving at Hurghada (HRG), Marsa Alam (RMF), Sharm El Sheikh (SSH) or Taba (TCP) can take the PCR test on arrival.

03.09.2020 Egypt specifies that the PCR test must have been taken at most 72 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Egypt.

Ghana

01.09.2020 Ghana removed the flight suspensions and introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers.

02.09.2020 Ghana removed the requirement to have a medical certificate to nationals and residents of Ghana returning to Ghana within a week.

03.09.2020 Ghana introduced a Port Health Declaration Form which passengers must complete before departure. Ghana removed the quarantine measures for airline crew.

Greece

31.08.2020 Greece extended the entry restrictions, flight suspensions and medical certificate requirement until 15 September 2020, and removed the medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from the Netherlands.

04.08.2020 From 6 September 2020, Greece will introduce a medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from Russian Fed.

Guatemala  01.09.2020 Guatemala extended the airport closure until 17 September 2020. Totally Restrictive
Guyana 02.09.2020 Guyana extended the airport closure until 30 September 2020. Totally Restrictive
Hungary 

31.08.2020 From 1 September 2020, Hungary will no longer allow entry to passengers arriving from certain countries, and will start allowing entry to passengers with a Hungarian residence permit with a validity longer than 90 days.

01.09.2020 Hungary started allowing entry to nationals of Czechia, Poland and Slovakia under certain conditions.

04-09.2020 Hungary specified that passengers with a "D" visa issued by Hungary can enter Hungary.

Japan

31.08.2020 Japan introduced an entry restriction for passengers who have been in Belize, Bhutan, Ethiopia, Gambia, Lesotho, Malawi, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Sudan, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Zambia or Zimbabwe in the past 14 days.

01.09.2020 Japan specified which passengers are allowed to enter Japan.

01.09.2020 Jordan extended the flight suspensions until 3 September 2020.

04.09.2020 Jordan specified that flights are suspended until 7 September 2020.

Kenya  03.09.2020 Kenya has changed the requirement for medical certificates for passengers with a diplomatic passport to be issued 7 days before departure, instead of 96 hours. Partially Restrictive 
Kyrgyzstan 04.09.2020 Kyrgyzstan started allowing entry to nationals of Uzbekistan. Partially Restrictive 
Laos  02.09.2020 Lao People's Dem. Rep. extended the flight suspensions until 30 September 2020, and specified that passengers are subject to Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test. Totally Restrictive

Madagascar  04.09.2020 Madagascar specified that passengers are subject to medical screening and quarantine. Totally Restrictive

Malaysia 

31.08.2020 Malaysia extended the entry restrictions until 31 December 2020.

01.9.2020 Malaysia introduced an immigration approval requirement for certain passengers returning to Malaysia.

04.09.2020 Malaysia specified that passengers traveling to Sarawak must complete an "enterSarawak" form and an "eHealth Declaration Form" before departure.

New Zealand  04.09.2020 New Zealand specified which passengers can transit New Zealand. Partially Restrictive 
Nicaragua  04.09.2020 Nicaragua reopened airports and introduced medical certificate requirements. Partially Restrictive 
Nigeria 

01.09.2020 Nigeria specified that the medical test must be issued 7 days before departure and that quarantine if for 7 days.

05.09.2020 Flights to Lagos (LOS) and Abuja (ABV) restarted on 5 September 2020.

Poland

02.09.2020 Poland updated the list of countries from which flights are suspended until 15 September 2020.

Portugal  01.09.2020 Portugal is no longer allowing entry to passengers arriving from Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Sao Tome and Principe or USA traveling as students. Partially Restrictive 
Russia 04.09.2020 Russian Fed. started allowing entry to nationals of Egypt, Maldives and United Arab Emirates if arriving from the country of nationality. Partially Restrictive 
Senegal  03.09.2020 Senegal introduced an entry restriction for nationals of Mauritania. Partially Restrictive 
Singapore 01.09.2020 Singapore started allowing entry to passengers with an Air Travel Pass approval letter issued by Singapore. Partially Restrictive 
Spain  01.09.2020 Spain specified that expired residency permits and "D" visas are valid until the the 21 December 2020. Partially Restrictive 
St. Vincent and the Grenadines  04.09.2020 St. Vincent and the Grenadines introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers. Partially Restrictive 
Sudan  01.09.2020 Sudan has changed the requirement for medical certificates to be issued 96 hours before arrival instead of 72 hours, and has removed the medical certificate requirement for passengers who are 6 years or younger. Partially Restrictive 
Switzerland 31.08.2020 Switzerland started allowing entry and transit to passengers arriving from 19 countries, even if they have transited through other countries.  Partially Restrictive 
Tajikistan 31.08.2020 Tajikistan extended the flight suspensions until 15 September 2020. Partially Restrictive 
Tunisia  02.09.2020 Tunisia specified that passengers younger than 12 years do not need the medical certificate. Partially Restrictive

01.09.2020 United Arab Emirates specified which passengers are allowed to enter.
