07.09.2020 Argentina extended the entry restriction until 20 September 2020 and specified that passengers must complete a "Declaración Jurada Electrónica para el ingreso al Territorio Nacional".

Austria 10.09.2020 Austria provided a website link for medical certificate exemptions. Partially Restrictive 
Belgium  08.09.2020 Belgium is no longer allowing entry to passengers arriving from Montenegro, North Macedonia (Rep.) and Serbia. Partially Restrictive 
Bermuda  09.09.2020 Bermuda specified that the Travel Authorization must be obtained within 1 and 3 days before departure, and the entry requirements for airline crew. Partially Restrictive 
Bhutan  08.09.2020 Bhutan introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers.  Partially Restrictive 
Bulgaria  08.09.2020 Bulgaria specified which passengers are allowed to enter Bulgaria. Partially Restrictive 
Canada 

08.09.2020 Canada extended entry restrictions until 30 September 2020 and specified that effective from 22 September, passengers arriving from the USA traveling on business or as tourists will be allowed to enter.

10.09.2020 Canada clarified that current entry restrictions for passengers arriving from the USA are in effect until 21 September at 11:59 pm.

Central African Republic 

08.09.2020 Bangui (BGF) airport reopened.

09.09.2020 Central African Rep. introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers.

Chile  11.09.2020 Chile specified that the quarantine measures apply at the first point of entry. Totally Restrictive 
China 

07.09.2020 China (People's Rep.) introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from or having transited through Albania, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Croatia, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Finland, Guinea Bissau, Hungary, Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Mozambique, Netherlands, Peru, Sweden or Timor-Leste.

08.09.2020 China (People's Rep.) will introduce a medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from or having transited through certain countries.

09.09.2020 China (People's Rep.) introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from or having transited through Barbados, Burkina Faso, Canada or St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Curacao  09.09.2020 Curacao extended the entry restrictions until 1 December 2020. Partially Restrictive 
Egypt 11.09.2020 Egypt specifies that the medical certificate must be issued and stamped by an accredited laboratory and must indicate the type of sample taken for the swab. Partially Restrictive 
Eswatini  08.09.2020 Eswatini extended the airport closure until 21 September 2020. Totally Restrictive 
France  09.09.2020 France specified that the PCR test must have been taken 72 hours before departure. Partially Restrictive 
Gambia  07.09.2020 Gambia specified that passengers without a medical certificate are no longer subject to quarantine. Totally Restrictive 
Greece 

10.09.2020 Greece clarified that the quarantine duration is 14 days.

11.09.2020 Website link with exemptions from the quarantine has been published. Greece specified that passengers are subject to COVID-19 test upon arrival and provided a website link where details can be found.

Guatemala  08.09.2020 From 18 September, airports in Guatemala will reopen and a medical certificate will be required. Totally Restrictive 
Hungary 07.09.2020 Hungary specified which passengers are allowed to enter. Partially Restrictive 
Indonesia  10.09.2020 Indonesia started allowing entry to nationals of the United Arab Emirates traveling on business under the Safe Travel Corridor program (please see Latest Regulations below). Partially Restrictive 
Iran  11.09.2020 Iran specified that nationals of Iran who have stayed out of Iran for more than 2 weeks must have a medical certificate. Partially Restrictive 
Ivory Coast 09.09.2020 Cote d'Ivoire introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers. Partially Restrictive 
Japan  07.09.2020 From 8 September 2020, Japan will allow entry to nationals of Cambodia, Lao People's Dem. Rep., Malaysia, Myanmar and passengers with a Chinese Taipei passport under certain conditions.  Partially Restrictive 
Jordan  08.09.2020 Jordan started allowing flights from certain countries, introduced a medical certificate requirement and specified that passengers are subject to PCR test on arrival and quarantine. Partially Restrictive 
Kuwait  09.09.2020 Kuwait specified that passengers younger than 6 years old do not need the medical certificate. Partially Restrictive 
Lebanon 

09.09.2020 Lebanon specified that passengers arriving from Cote d'Ivoire no longer need to have a hotel reservation confirmation for 48 hours.

11.09.2020 Lebanon specifies that the PCR test must have been taken by a certified laboratory in the country of departure.

Lithuania 

09.09.2020 Lithuania specified that children of spouses and of partners with registered partnership are allowed to enter and updated the link for the website with details about the medical certificate requirement.

10.09.2020 Lithuania specified that nationals and residents of Lithuania are exempt from the medical certificate requirement.

Malaysia 07.09.2020 Malaysia introduced an entry restriction for a list of nationalities even if they reside in Malaysia. Partially Restrictive 
Maldives  10.09.2020 The Maldives introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers and introduced quarantine measures and specified the requirements for the PCR test results. Partially Restrictive 
Malta  10.09.2020 Malta specified that passengers arriving from the French cities of Paris and Marseille without the medical certificate are subject to taking the PCR test upon arrival. Partially Restrictive 
Marshall Isl.  07.09.2020 Marshall Isl. extended entry restrictions until 5 October 2020. Totally Restrictive 
Moldova  08.09.2020 Moldova (Rep.) specified which passengers are allowed to enter. Partially Restrictive 
Morocco  08.09.2020 Morocco started allowing entry to visa exempt nationals if they have a hotel reservation confirmation or an invitation from a Moroccan company. 11.09.2020 Morocco extended the flight suspensions until 10 October 2020. Totally Restrictive 
Nepal  09.09.2020 Nepal specified which passengers can enter Nepal and introduced a form which passengers must complete before departure.  Partially Restrictive 
Netherlands  07.09.2020 Website link with exemptions from the quarantine has been updated. Partially Restrictive 
Nigeria

07.09.2020 Nigeria has changed the requirement for medical certificates to be issued 4 days before arrival, instead of 5 days. Nigeria specified that the quarantine period is 7 days.

09.09.2020 Nigeria specified that an Access Report obtained online is required to enter.

10.09.2020 Nigeria specified that nationals of Nigeria without a medical certificate are subject to quarantine.

Northern Mariana Island  09.09.2020 Northern Mariana Isl. specified that passengers are subject to quarantine from 5 to 7 days and also 2 Coronavirus (COVID-19) tests. Partially Restrictive 
Panama

07.09.2020 Panama has changed the requirement for test results to be taken 96 hours before departure, instead of 48 hours.

11.09.2020 Panama specified that passengers with a diplomatic passport are exempt from the medical certificate requirement.

Paraguay 08.09.2020 Paraguay extended the entry restrictions and quarantine measures until further notice. Totally Restrictive 
Russia  09.09.2020 Russian Fed. specified that participants, press and honored guests of the Formula 1 FIA race in Sochi are allowed to enter until 31 October 2020. Partially Restrictive 
Seychelles 

08.09.2020 Seychelles started allowing entry to passengers arriving from Cambodia, Qatar and Singapore.

11.09.2020 Seychelles started allowing entry to all passengers and introduced a medical certificate requirement. Effective 18 September, passengers must have a health travel authorization.

Singapore  09.09.2020 Singapore started allowing entry to residents of Brunei Darussalam and Korea (Rep.) under certain conditions.  Partially Restrictive 
Slovakia  07.09.2020 Slovakia started allowing entry to passengers and introduced a 'Public Health Passenger' form to be completed before departure. Partially Restrictive 
South Africa  09.09.2020 South Africa extended the flight suspensions until 30 September 2020. Totally Restrictive 
St. Vincent and the Grenadines 10.09.2020 St. Vincent and the Grenadines specified the requirements for the PCR test results. Partially Restrictive 
Syria  09.09.2020 Syria extended the flight suspensions until 23 September 2020. Totally Restrictive 
Tunisia  09.09.2020 Tunisia specifies that the test must be a RT-PCR test issued at most 120 hours before arrival. Partially Restrictive 
Ukraine 10.09.2020 Ukraine started allowing entry to grandparents of nationals of Ukraine, and specified that only students of higher education are allowed to enter. Partially Restrictive 
United Arab Emirates  09.09.2020 United Arab Emirates specified that only residents with a residency visa issued in Dubai must have a GDRFA approval, and that passengers can transit Abu Dhabi (AUH) maximum 24 hours. Partially Restrictive 
Uzbekistan  08.09.2020 Uzbekistan introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from certain countries. Partially Restrictive 
Vietnam  09.09.2020 Viet Nam specified that the RT-PCR test requirement also applies to passengers with diplomatic an official passport and that the test result must be issued between 3 to 5 days before arrival. Partially Restrictive
