03.11.2020 Airports in Anguilla reopened. A medical certificate, health insurance and PCR test is required on arrival.

05.11.2020 Anguilla specified that passengers are subject to quarantine for a minimum of 10 days.

Argentina  04.11.2020 Argentina removed flight suspension and specified that Argentinian visas issued after 17 March 2020 are accepted without additional documentation. Argentina specified that nationals and residents of Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay can enter if arriving from Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay or Uruguay.  Partially Restrictive
Aruba 03.11.2020 Aruba specified that passengers without a medical certificate are subject to a PCR test on arrival at their own expense.  Partially Restrictive
Australia  06.11.2020 Australia introduced a "Travel Declaration" form to passengers arriving from New-Zealand and those on repatriation flights. Partially Restrictive
Bahamas

06.11.2020 Bahamas added a QR code to the “Travel Health Visa” and removed the quarantine measures for airline crew.

07.11.2020 Bahamas specified that passengers with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test taken at most 7 days before departure are no longer allowed to enter if they booked their trip to Bahamas before 1 November 2020.

Belarus 06.11.2020 Belarus removed the medical certificate requirement. Partially Restrictive
Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba  03.11.2020 Bonaire extended the flight suspensions until 1 December 2020 and updated the list of countries from which flights are allowed. Partially Restrictive
Canada 03.11.2020 Canada extended entry restrictions until 30 November 2020. Partially Restrictive
Central African Republic  03.11.2020 Central African Rep. removed the medical certificate requirement and quarantine measures. Partially Restrictive
China

03.11.2020 From 4 November 2020, China (People's Rep.) will introduce a requirement for a negative nucleic acid test result and a negative IgM anti-body test result to passengers arriving from certain countries.

06.11.2020 From 7 November 2020, China (People's Rep.) will require a negative nucleic acid test result and a negative IgM anti-body test result from passengers arriving directly from Argentina, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, India, Iraq, Italy, Jamaica, Jordan, Mauritius, Mexico, Namibia, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Turkey, United Arab Emirates or United Kingdom. They must repeat both tests in the transit countries if they are not arriving directly in China (People's Rep.). China (People's Rep.) specified that passengers arriving directly from Canada must have a printed negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) nucleic acid test result issued at most 2 days before departure and a printed negative IgM anti-body test result issued at most 2 days before departure.

07.11.2020 China (People's Rep.) specified that both nucleic acid test and IgM anti-body test for passengers arriving directly from Canada must have been taken at most 2 days before departure.

Congo 03.11.2020 Congo (Dem. Rep.) introduced a “Travellers Registration Form” requirement and specified that passengers will be subject to Coronavirus (COVID-19) test on arrival at their own expense. Partially Restrictive
Costa Rica 

04.11.2020 Costa Rica specified that all passengers must complete the “Pase de Salud”, have a travel insurance and arrive at San Jose (SJO) or Liberia (LIR).

06.11.2020 Costar Rica clarified that completing the “Pase de Salud” still generates a QR code which must be presented upon arrival and that nationals and residents of Costa Rica are exempt from the travel insurance requirement.

Egypt 06.11.2020 Egypt specified that passengers arriving from Italy (Rome only) and Korea (Rep.) must have a medical certificate with a RT-PCR test taken at most 96 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Egypt. Greece  03.11.2020 Greece introduced suspension of flights to Thessaloniki (SKG) until 17 November 2020. Partially Restrictive
Guyana 06.11.2020 Guyana specified the requirements for test results and introduced a "Passenger Locator Form" that passengers must complete at least 24 hours before departure. Partially Restrictive
Honduras 06.11.2020 Honduras specified the types of COVID-19 tests accepted and that they must have been taken at most 72 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Honduras.  Partially Restrictive
Hong Kong  03.11.2020 Hong Kong (SAR China) introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers who have been in Belgium in the past 14 days. Partially Restrictive
Hungary 03.11.2020 Hungary is no longer allowing entry to nationals of Czechia, Poland and Slovakia. Partially Restrictive
Iceland  03.11.2020 Iceland specified that passengers younger than 16 years are not subject to completing the "Preregistration for visiting Iceland", testing and quarantine. Iceland introduced an entry restriction for residents of Algeria and Morocco. Partially Restrictive
Indonesia 06.11.2020 Indonesia specified that a completed "electronic health awareness card (e-HAC)" must be presented upon arrival.  Partially Restrictive
Iraq 06.11.2020 Iraq specified the requirements for the PCR test when arriving in Erbil (EBL) and Sulaymaniyah (ISU). Iraq specified that the medical certificate must be in Arabic or English when arriving in Erbil (EBL) and Sulaymaniyah (ISU). Partially Restrictive
Israel  03.11.2020 Israel specified that passengers with a diplomatic or an official passport can enter and they must also have a diplomatic or an official ID card issued by the MFA's Protocol Department. Partially Restrictive
Japan 

03.11.2020 Japan specified that residents with a re-entry permit do not need “the Letter of Confirmation of Submitting Required Documentation for Re-entry into Japan”, started allowing entry to passengers who have been in Australia, Brunei Darussalam, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China), New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand or Viet Nam in the past 14 days, and introduced an entry restriction to passengers who have been in Jordan or Myanmar in the past 14 days.

Kazakhstan 03.11.2020 Kazakhstan: 1. specified that passengers younger than 5 years must be accompanied by a person with a medical certificate in order to be exempt from the medical certificate requirement. 2. changed the duration of isolation to 7 days for nationals and residents of Kazakhstan traveling without a medical certificate. 3. specified that the PCR test result must be issued at most 3 days before arrival instead of 72 hours. Mali  06.11.2020 Mali introduced a health declaration form to be presented on arrival and specified that passengers arriving without a medical certificate are subject to a PCR test on arrival. Partially Restrictive

New Zealand 

03.11.2020 New Zealand requires that passengers have a voucher confirming their allocation to a place in managed isolation.

07.11.2020 New Zealand introduced a transit restriction for passengers traveling to China (People's Rep.).

Papua New Guinea specified that the test must have been taken at most 7 days before departure and that their residents must arrive from Australia, Hong Kong (SAR China), Japan, Singapore or Solomon Isl. Peru  06.11.2020 Peru specified that only passengers younger than 12 years are exempt from the COVID test requirement. Partially Restrictive
Philippines 03.11.2020 Philippines specified which passengers are allowed to enter. Partially Restrictive
Portugal 

04.11.2020 Portugal specified that entry restrictions and flight suspensions are valid until 14 November 2020, and specified which passengers are allowed to enter and which passengers do not need a medical certificate.

06.11.2020 Portugal specified that flights are not suspended and that students are allowed to enter.

Samoa 06.11.2020 Samoa clarified that borders remain closed and that nationals and residents of Samoa are allowed to enter.  Partially Restrictive
Saudi Arabia  03.11.2020 Saudi Arabia specified that the medical certificate must be issued by an approved laboratory.  Partially Restrictive
Singapore 06.11.2020 Singapore specified that passengers with an Air Travel Pass approval letter issued by Singapore can enter if they have stayed in Australia, Brunei Darussalam, China (People's Rep.), New Zealand or Viet Nam in the last 14 days before departure, have a visa to enter Singapore if required, and have a mobile device with the TraceTogether app downloaded. South Korea 06.11.2020 Korea (Rep.) introduced a medical certificate requirement to passengers who have been in Nepal in the past 14 days. Partially Restrictive
Spain  03.11.2020 Spain introduced an entry restriction for residents of Canada, Georgia and Tunisia and started allowing entry to residents of Singapore. Partially Restrictive
Sri Lanka 04.11.2020 Sri Lanka extended the flight suspensions until 31 December 2020 and specified the requirement for medical certificates to be issued 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.  Totally Restrictive
St. Vincent and the Grenadines 03.11.2020 Passengers arriving from Barbados are no longer exempt from the medical certificate and the hotel reservation requirement. Partially Restrictive
Sweden  03.11.2020 Sweden introduced an entry restriction for residents of Canada, Georgia and Tunisia but started allowing entry to residents of Singapore. Partially Restrictive
Switzerland 03.11.2020 Switzerland introduced an entry and transit restriction for passengers arriving from Canada, Georgia and Tunisia but started allowing entry to passengers arriving from Singapore. Partially Restrictive
Tajikistan 03.11.2020 Tajikistan extended the flight suspensions until 15 November 2020. Partially Restrictive
Thailand  03.11.2020 Thailand extended entry restrictions until 30 November 2020 and specified that the Fit to Fly health certificate must be issued at most 72 hours before departure. Partially Restrictive
Turkmenistan

03.11.2020 Turkmenistan extended the flight suspensions until 1 January 2021. Turkmenistan changed the self-isolation duration from 14 days to 21 days.

06.11.2020 Turkmenistan specified that the COVID test must be RT-PCR and changed the requirement for medical certificates to be issued 24 hours before departure, instead of 72 hours.
