Angola 

29.10.2020 Angola specified entry restrictions, specified the requirements for the COVID-19 test results and introduced the requirement to submit a form online. Angola specified that expired residency permits and certain expired visas issued by Angola are accepted for entry until 31 December 2020.

30.10.2020 Angola specified that the requirement of the medical certificate does not apply to airline crew.

Argentina

26.10.2020 Argentina specified that installing the app "CuidAR" is not an entry requirement.

28.10.2020 Argentina extended entry restrictions until 8 November 2020.

29.10.2020 Argentina specified the requirements for passengers with visas issued before 17 March 2020.

30.10.2020 Argentina started allowing entry to nationals and residents of Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay with a COVID-19 test and a medical insurance.

29.10.2020 From 1 November 2020, Aruba will remove the medical certificate requirement for residents of certain US states.

30.10.2020 Aruba specified that from 1 November 2020, residents of certain US states arriving without a medical certificate can take a PCR test on arrival at their own expense.

Bahamas  01.11.2020 Bahamas specified that the COVID-19 test must have been taken at most 5 days before arrival but that passengers arriving with a test taken 7 days before arrival are allowed to enter until 6 November 2020.  Partially Restrictive
Belgium 

26.10.2020 Belgium is no longer allowing entry to passengers arriving from Canada.

28.10.2020 Belgium started allowing entry to passengers arriving from Singapore.

Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba 

27.10.2020 Bonaire extended the flight suspensions until further notice, is no longer restricting entry to passengers arriving from Curacao, and introduced a medical certificate requirement.

26.10.2020 Costa Rica removed the medical certificate requirement for passengers.

01.11.2020 Costa Rica removed entry restrictions and confirmed that passengers must complete a Health Pass Form (Pase de Salud) and have travel insurance.

Hong Kong 

26.10.2020 Hong Kong (SAR China) introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers who have been in France or Russian Fed. in the past 14 days.

30.10.2020 From 3 November 2020, Hong Kong (SAR China) will introduce a medical certificate requirement for passengers who have been in Belgium in the past 14 days.

27.10.2020 India specified which passengers can enter India.

28.10.2020 India extended the flight suspensions until 30 November 2020.

30.10.2020 India introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers traveling to Chennai (MAA) or Tiruchirappalli (TRZ).

Iraq

26.10.2020 Iraq specified details on the medical certificate requirement for passengers traveling to Basra (BSR).

27.10.2020 Iraq specified that both PCR and RT-PCR tests are accepted to enter Basra (BSR).

29.10.2020 Iraq specified the requirements for the PCR test results when traveling to Erbil (EBL).

Japan  30.10.2020 From 1 November 2020, Japan will start allowing entry to passengers who have been in Australia, Brunei Darussalam, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China), New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand or Viet Nam in the past 14 days, and introduce an entry restriction to passengers who have been in Jordan or Myanmar in the past 14 days.  Partially Restrictive

Kazakhstan 26.10.2020 Kazakhstan specified that all passengers are subject to isolation and removed the medical certificate requirement for passengers younger than 5 years and amended its conditions for residents of Kazakhstan. Partially Restrictive
Kosovo

27.10.2020 Kosovo (Rep.) introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, France, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain or United Kingdom. Kosovo (Rep.) updated the list of countries from which the medical certificate is required.

29.10.2020 Kosovo (Rep.) introduced self-isolation regulations for passengers without medical certificate.

Myanmar

26.10.2020 Myanmar specified conditions on the medical certificate requirement.

27.10.2020 Myanmar extended the flight suspensions until 30 November 2020.

Peru

28.10.2020 From 1 November 2020, Peru will update the list of countries from which flights are allowed.

30.10.2020 Peru specified that installing the 'Pre Registro de Control Migratorio' app is no longer required.

Singapour  28.10.2020 Singapore started allowing entry to nationals of Indonesia with certain conditions, and introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers who have been in Indonesia or the Philippines. Partially Restrictive
South Korea

29.10.2020 Korea (Rep.) introduced a transit restriction for nationals of Egypt, Sudan, Syria and Yemen, removed the medical certificate requirement for passengers who have been in Pakistan in the past 14 days, and specified that nationals of Thailand are not allowed to transit if traveling onward to Thailand.

30.10.2020 Korea (Rep.) specified that the test for passengers who have been in Uzbekistan in the past 14 days must have been taken in Korea No 1 Laboratory.

South Sudan 

26.10.2020 South Sudan specified the requirements for the PCR test results. South Sudan specified that the printed medical certificate must be in Arabic or English.

27.10.2020 South Sudan specified that the conditions of the medical certificate requirement are different if passengers arrive on direct flights.

Spain  30.10.2020 Spain extended entry restrictions until 30 November 2020 and effective 1 November 2020 will introduce an entry restriction for residents of Canada, Georgia and Tunisia and will start allowing entry to residents of Singapore. Partially Restrictive
St. Kitts and Nevis  31.10.2020 St. Kitts and Nevis removed the flight suspensions, introduced medical screening measures on arrival, medical certificate requirement and a requirement to have an approved accommodation confirmation. Partially Restrictive
St. Maarten  26.10.2020 St. Maarten specified that the medical certificates must be issued at most 120 hours before departure of the last direct flight to St. Maarten. Partially Restrictive
St. Vincent and the Grenadines

27.10.2020 St. Vincent and the Grenadines amended the conditions for passengers traveling from Barbados.

28.10.2020 St. Vincent and the Grenadines introduced a hotel reservation requirement.

28.10.2020 Sweden extended the entry restrictions until 22 December 2020.

United Arab Emirates

26.10.2020 United Arab Emirates specified that the medical certificates do not need to be in Arabic or English.

27.10.2020 United Arab Emirates specified that passengers are allowed to transit Abu Dhabi (AUH) for maximum 12 hours.

29.10.2020 United Arab Emirates specified that passengers traveling as tourist and arriving from Germany or United Kingdom do not need a medical certificate when entering Dubai (DXB) and they are subject to a PCR test on arrival.
