Austria  16.09.2020 Website link with more information on Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been published. 18.09.2020 Austria specified that passengers without a medical certificate are subject to a PCR test on arrival. Partially Restrictive
Bosnia and Herzegovina 

14.09.2020 Bosnia and Herzegovina specified that the medical certificate requirement is 48 hours before arrival instead of before departure and amended the conditions of this requirement for nationals of Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia.

16.09.2020 Bosnia and Herzegovina removed COVID-19 entry restriction and specified that children and spouses of nationals of Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia do not require a medical certificate.

18.09.2020 Bosnia and Herzegovina specified that children and spouses of nationals of Bosnia and Herzegovina do not need a medical certificate.

Bulgaria  17.09.2020 Bulgaria specified that passengers arriving from Portugal or Sweden do not need a medical certificate. Partially Restrictive
Cameroon  16.09.2020 Cameroon specifies that the PCR test must have been taken at most 3 days before departure from the first embarkation point, instead of 72 hours. Partially Restrictive
Chile  14.09.2020 Chile extended the entry restrictions until 29 September 2020. Totally Restrictive
China 

14.09.2020 From 16 September 2020, China (People's Rep.) will introduce a medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from or having transited through Japan or Madagascar.

15.09.2020 From 17 September 2020, China (People's Rep.) will introduce a medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from or having transited through Dominican Rep. or Lithuania. From 18 September 2020, China (People's Rep.) will introduce a medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from or having transited through Cape Verde or Liberia.

17.09.2020 China (People's Rep.) specified that passengers who require a medical certificate only need to present a green QR code or a Health Declaration Form.

Congo  15.09.2020 Airports in Congo reopened. A PCR test is required on arrival for passengers arriving without a medical certificate. Partially Restrictive
Costa Rica 

15.09.2020 Costa Rica started allowing entry to residents of the states of Colorado, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania (in the United States).

16.09.2020 Costa Rica started allowing entry to residents of the states of Arizona, Michigan, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming.

Cyprus  18.09.2020 Cyprus is no longer allowing entry to passengers arriving from Czechia and Hungary. Partially Restrictive
Czechia  16.09.2020 Czechia removed the entry restriction for long-term residents of Romania. Partially Restrictive
Dominican Republic  15.09.2020 Dominican Rep. removed the medical certificate requirement.  Partially Restrictive
Egypt

17.09.2020 Egypt specifies that passengers arriving from Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China (People's Rep.), Colombia, Ecuador, France, Germany, Guyana, Japan, Mexico, New-Zealand, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Thailand, USA, United Kingdom, Uruguay and Venezuela must have a PCR test taken at most 96 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Egypt.

18.09.2020 Egypt specifies that passengers arriving from any other country than listed below, must have a RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Egypt.

Eswatini 18.09.2020 Eswatini specified that flights are suspended and introduced quarantine measures. Totally Restrictive
Finland  18.09.2020 From 19 September 2020, Finland will start allowing entry to passengers arriving from Cyprus, Germany, Iceland, Norway, Poland or Sweden and to residents of Australia, Canada and Japan, and will no longer allow entry to passengers arriving from Hungary or Italy. Georgia 16.09.2020 Georgia extended the flight suspensions until 31 October 2020 and introduced a medical certificate requirement. Partially Restrictive
Germany  15.09.2020 Germany specified that passengers with a visa issued by Germany after 17 March 2020 can enter. Partially Restrictive
Ghana  16.09.2020 Ghana introduced a PCR test on arrival, passengers must have a payment confirmation obtained before departure.  Not Restrictive
Greece 

14.09.2020 Greece specified that until 21 September 2020, passengers arriving from the Russian Fed. must have a medical certificate.

16.09.2020 Greece extended the entry restrictions until 30 September 2020, removed the medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from Sweden and introduced the medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from Hungary.

Guatemala 

18.09.2020 Airports in Guatemala reopened. A medical certificate is required on arrival.

20.09.2020 Guatemala introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers. Guatemala removed the quarantine requirement.

Hong Kong  14.09.2020 Hong Kong (SAR China) specified which passengers are allowed to enter.  Partially Restrictive
Hungary  16.09.2020 Hungary specified that passengers traveling on business are allowed to enter. Partially Restrictive
Iran 16.09.2020 Iran introduced the COVID-19 Molecular test requirement, the facility for certain passengers to take the PRC test upon arrival and specified requirements for passengers with duty passports.  Partially Restrictive
Iraq

15.09.2020 Iraq introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers traveling to Erbil (EBL) or Sulaymaniyah (ISU).

17.09.2020 Iraq has changed the requirement for medical certificates at Erbil (EBL) or Sulaymaniyah (ISU) to be issued 72 hours before arrival, instead of 48 hours.

Italy 

14.09.2020 Italy started allowing entry to partners of a resident of Italy.

15.09.2020 Italy specified that the entry restrictions are valid until 7 October 2020.

14.09.2020 Japan specified that passengers are subject to Coronavirus (COVID-19) test on arrival.

18.09.2020 Japan started allowing entry to nationals and residents of Singapore arriving directly from Singapore.

Jordan 

14.09.2020 Jordan has changed the requirement for medical certificates to be issued 120 hours before departure, instead of 72 hours.

15.09.2020 Jordan started allowing flights from Kuwait and Ukraine, introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers in transit and specified that passengers can transit Jordan for maximum 6 hours.

Kazakhstan

15.09.2020 Kazakhstan specified that nationals of Belarus, China (People's Rep.), Egypt, Georgia, Germany, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Netherlands, Russian Fed., Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and United Arab Emirates can enter when arriving from any country.

16.09.2020 Kazakhstan specified that passengers traveling on business and approved by the Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan can enter.

Korea 16.09.2020 Korea (Rep.) specified the list of nationals for which visa exemption is suspended, specified the quarantine requirements and specified that nationals of Korea (Rep.) do not need a Re-Entry Permit or a medical certificate. Partially Restrictive
Kuwait  18.09.2020 Kuwait introduced an entry restriction for passengers who have been in or transited through Argentina, France or Yemen. Kuwait also specifies that residents of Kuwait can enter with a Digital Civil ID. Partially Restrictive
Lithuania 

14.09.2020 Lithuania introduced a health questionnaire which passengers must complete before departure.

15.09.2020 Website links with exemptions from the quarantine and the medical certificate have been updated. Lithuania specified that residents of Lithuania are not exempt from the medical certificate requirement. Lithuania specified that the health questionnaire must be completed electronically.

18.09.2020 Lithuania specified that residents of Lithuania do not need a medical certificate.

Maldives  14.09.2020 Maldives specified that the medical certificate must have been taken at most 72 hours before departure of the first flight. Partially Restrictive
Mauritania  16.09.2020 Airports in Mauritania reopened. Not restrictive
Mongolia  15.09.2020 Mongolia extended entry restrictions until 31 October 2020 and lifted the self-isolation measures. Totally Restrictive
Nepal  14.09.2020 Nepal removed the flight suspensions. Partially Restrictive
Nigeria  17.09.2020 Nigeria specified that the "Access Report" is no longer required. Partially Restrictive
Norway  17.09.2020 Norway specified which passengers are allowed to enter. Partially Restrictive
Oman 15.09.2020 Oman extended the flight suspensions until 30 September 2020. Totally Restrictive
Panama

16.09.2020 Panama specified that passengers with a consular passport and with a Laissez-Passer are exempt from the medical certificate requirement.

17.09.2020 Panama specified that the entry restriction does not apply to merchant seamen and that the medical certificate must be issued at most 96 hours before departure.

18.09.2020 Panama extended the flight suspensions until 12 October 2020.

Paraguay 18.09.2020 Paraguay specified that nationals of Uruguay arriving from Uruguay traveling on business can enter for a maximum stay of 7 days. Partially Restrictive
Poland 

16.09.2020 Poland updated the list of countries from which flights are suspended. 

17.09.2020 Poland started allowing entry to nationals of Belarus with a tourist visa issued by a Schengen Member State.

Qatar 15.09.2020 Qatar specified which testing centers in Turkey are accepted. Partially Restrictive
Romania 

15.09.2020 Romania extended entry restrictions and flight suspensions until 14 October 2020 and amended the list of countries from which flights are suspended.

17.09.2020 Romania started allowing entry to students and family members of a national of an EEA Member State of Switzerland.

Samoa 17.09.2020 Samoa has changed the requirement for medical certificates to be issued 3 days before departure, instead of 5 days. Partially Restrictive
Sao Tome and Principe  18.09.2020 Sao Tome and Principe removed the flight suspensions and introduced a medical certificate requirement. Partially Restrictive
Saudi Arabia  17.09.2020 Saudi Arabia specified which passengers are allowed to enter and introduced a health disclaimer form which passengers must present on arrival. Partially Restrictive
Seychelles 

15.09.2020 Seychelles specified conditions on the health travel authorization requirement.

16.09.2020 Seychelles specified details on the medical certificate, the application form for entry and the health travel authorization requirement; and extended the duration of acceptance of the health travel authorization and previous approvals received.

17.09.2020 Seychelles specifies that the PCR test must have been taken at most 72 hours departure from the first embarkation point.

19.09.2020 Seychelles specifies that only the health travel authorization is accepted.

20.09.2020 Seychelles specifies that passengers without a health travel authorization can retrieve it at https://Seychelles.govtas.com/status-check .

Spain  17.09.2020 Spain specified that the students who are exempt from the entry restriction are those with proof of being enrolled in a course in a Schengen Member State.  Partially Restrictive
St. Maarten 

17.09.2020 St. Maarten has changed the requirement for medical certificates to be issued 120 hours before departure, instead of 72 hours and started allowing entry to passengers arriving from the European Union countries.

18.09.2020 St. Maarten specifies that passengers in transit must have a PCR test result issued at most 120 hours before arrival, instead of 72 hours.

15.09.2020 Tajikistan extended the flight suspensions until 30 September 2020.

17.09.2020 Tajikistan introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers.

Ukraine 14.09.2020 Ukraine allows entry to passengers with a diplomatic, official or service passport, refugees and stateless persons.  Partially Restrictive
United Arabs Emirates 

14.09.2020 United Arab Emirates started allowing entry to nationals of Indonesia traveling under the Safe Travel Corridor program under certain conditions.

17.09.2020 United Arab Emirates specified the requirements for the PCR test results for passengers entering or transiting Abu Dhabi (AUH).
