Brazil  25.09.2020 Brazil specified that the medical insurance can also be written in Spanish. Not Restrictive
Brunei Darussalam 23.09.2020 Brunei Darussalam specified the conditions to travel with an Entry Travel Pass. Totally Restrictive 
Canada  24.09.2020 Canada specified that the current entry restrictions for passengers arriving from the USA are in effect until 21 October at 11:59 pm. Partially Restrictive
China 

24.09.2020 China (People's Rep.) will introduce a medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from or having transited through Grenada, Kyrgyzstan or Mongolia.

25.09.2020 From 28 September 2020, China (People's Rep.) will allow entry to passengers with a residence permit with certain purposes.

Colombia 21.09.2020 Colombia removed the flights suspensions and specified that passengers without a medical certificate are subject to a PCR test and quarantine. Colombia specified that until 30 September 2020 passengers without a medical certificate are subject to a PCR test on arrival and quarantine for 14 days. Partially Restrictive
Costa Rica  24.09.2020 Costa Rica specified that the "Pase de Salud" form must be completed at most 48 hours before departure.  Partially Restrictive
Cote d'Ivoire 25.09.2020 Cote d'Ivoire specified the requirements for the medical certificates. Partially Restrictive
Cyprus 24.09.2020 Cyprus is no longer allowing entry to passengers arriving from Austria, Portugal, Slovenia or Switzerland, started allowing entry to passengers arriving from Serbia, and introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from Canada, Norway or Serbia. Czech Republic  21.09.2020 Czechia introduced a Passenger Locator Form requirement. Czechia is no longer restricting entry to unmarried partners of European nationals residing in Czechia. Partially Restrictive
Denmark  23.09.2020 Denmark is no longer allowing entry to residents of Austria, Czechia, Hungary, Netherlands, Portugal and Switzerland traveling as tourists. Partially Restrictive
Ecuador  22.09.2020 Ecuador specified that passengers arriving without a PCR test are subject to a test on arrival. Partially Restrictive
Egypt  22.09.2020 Egypt specifies from which cities in France, Germany and United Kingdom the PCR test must have been taken at most 96 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Egypt. Partially Restrictive

Gibraltar 22.09.2020 Gibraltar introduced a passenger locator form which passengers must complete before arrival. Partially Restrictive
Greece  21.09.2020 Greece extended the medical certificate requirement for passengers arriving from the Russian Fed. until 5 October 2020. Partially Restrictive
Guam  25.09.2020 From 26 September 2020, passengers could be subject to Coronavirus (COVID-19) test on the 6th day after arrival. Partially Restrictive
Guatemala 

21.09.2020 Guatemala requires PCR tests from passengers. Guatemala introduced a Health Pass form which passengers must complete before departure.

22.09.2020 Guatemala specified that passengers must present the QR code generated after completing the health form online.

Guinea 22.09.2020 Guinea removed the quarantine measures. Partially Restrictive
Hong Kong  22.09.2020 Hong Kong (SAR China) introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers who have been in Ethiopia in the past 14 days. Partially Restrictive
Hungary

22.09.2020 Hungary specified the requirements for the PCR test result for passengers arriving for sport events.

23.09.2020 Hungary specified that passengers with a valid ticket for the sport event are allowed to enter.

Iceland  22.09.2020 Iceland extended the entry restrictions until 6 October 2020. Partially Restrictive
India  21.09.2020 India specified that passengers with a Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) card are allowed to enter until 30 September 2020. Partially Restrictive
Israel  21.09.2020 Israel specified self-isolation regulations for airline crew and a website link with more information has been published. Totally Restrictive 
Italy  25.09.2020 Italy updated the website link where passengers can obtain a self-declaration form and specified which passengers are allowed to enter. Partially Restrictive
Jordan

23.09.2020 Jordan specified that passengers are subject to quarantine for 7 days.

24.09.2020 Jordan introduced a transit restriction for all passengers. Jordan specified that the flight suspensions are valid until 30 September 2020.

25.09.2020 Jordan specified that passengers must present a QR code before departure.

21.09.2020 Kazakhstan specified which passengers are allowed to enter and transit Kazakhstan.

23.09.2020 Kazakhstan specified that flights from Georgia are suspended.

24.09.2020 Kazakhstan specified that passengers arriving from certain countries without a medical certificate are subject to a PCR test or quarantine.

21.09.2020 Lithuania introduced an entry restriction for residents of Canada, Georgia and Tunisia.

Namibia 23.09.2020 Namibia lifted the flight suspensions, introduced a medical certificate requirement, medical screening and quarantine measures. Partially Restrictive
New Zealand  22.09.2020 New Zealand specified which passengers can transit. Partially Restrictive
Nigeria

21.09.2020 Nigeria has changed the requirement for medical certificates to be issued 5 days before departure, instead of 96 hours.

24.09.2020 Nigeria specified that residence permit which have expired on 22 March 2020 or later, are considered valid until further notice.

North Macedonia  26.09.2020 North Macedonia introduced a medical certificate requirement for nationals of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo (Rep.), Montenegro and Serbia. Not Restrictive
Norway  21.09.2020 Norway specified which passengers must have a confirmed booking of quarantine accommodation. Partially Restrictive
Paraguay  21.09.2020 Paraguay specified that passengers arriving on humanitarian flights do not need a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result. Partially Restrictive
Philippines 23.09.2020 The Philippines specified the exemptions from the entry restriction for children and parents of nationals of the Philippines. Partially Restrictive
Poland  23.09.2020 Poland started allowing entry to nationals and residents of Belarus. Partially Restrictive
Russia Fed.  

21.09.2020 Russian Fed. started allowing entry to nationals and residents of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Korea (Rep.) and Kyrgyzstan.

23.09.2020 Russian Fed. specified on which flights nationals and residents of Kyrgyzstan cannot travel.

Singapore

21.09.2020 Singapore introduced a medical certificate requirement for passengers who have been to India in the past 14 days.

23.09.2020 Singapore started allowing entry to residents of Japan.

25.09.2020 Singapore has changed the requirement for medical certificates for residents of China (People's Rep.) to be issued 72 hours before departure, instead of 48 hours.

Spain 

21.09.2020 Spain specified that the "FCS Health Control Form" does not need to be completed by passengers in transit.

22.09.2020 Spain specified that the entry restriction does not apply to passengers with a diplomatic passport traveling on duty.

Turks and Caicos Isl.  24.09.2020 Turks and Caicos Isl. has changed the requirement for the travel authorization to be completed at least 24 hours before departure, instead of 72 hours. Partially Restrictive
Uruguay 24.09.2020 Uruguay specified that passengers with a letter issued by a Uruguayan consulate allowing a PCR test exemption, can travel to Uruguay and take the test upon arrival.  Partially Restrictive
Vietnam  22.09.2020 Viet Nam specified the RT-PCR test requirements for passengers with a diplomatic or an official passport and for passengers traveling on business. Partially Restrictive
Zimbabwe 22.09.2020 From 1 October 2020, Zimbabwe will lift the flight suspensions and introduce a medical certificate requirement for passengers. Totally Restrictive
