Eswatini

07.10.2020 Eswatini extended the flight suspensions until 12 October 2020.

06.10.2020 France started allowing entry to unmarried partners of French nationals and passengers with a Laissez-Passer.

08.10.2020 France started allowing entry to passengers arriving from French Guiana and Mayotte.

India  06.10.2020 India specified that passengers with an Indian visa or e-visa issued after 30 June 2020 can enter. Partially Restrictive

Nicaragua 06.10.2020 Nicaragua has changed the requirement for COVID-19 test to be taken 96 hours before departure if arriving from certain countries. Partially Restrictive
Norway  09.10.2020 Norway specified which passengers need a confirmed booking of quarantine accommodation for 10 days. Partially Restrictive
Oman 

07.10.2020 Oman specified that all passengers are subject to quarantine.

08.10.2020 Oman specified that nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates must enter with a passport, and that a completed "Traveler registration form" must be presented before boarding.

07.10.2020 Pakistan specified that passengers can either download the Pass Track App or go to https://passtrack.nitb.gov.pk/ to submit their details.

09.10.2020 Pakistan specified that passengers with disabilities do not need to download the Pass Track App.

Thailand

07.10.2020 Thailand specified that the entry and transit restrictions are valid until 31 October 2020 and that all visa exemptions and visa on arrival facilities are suspended.

07.10.2020 Thailand specified that the medical certificate with test result and the Fit to Fly health certificate must be in English.

Tunisia

07.10.2020 Tunisia specified that passengers traveling as part of an organized all inclusive tour are not required to have a medical certificate.

09.10.2020 Tunisia specified that passengers must have a printed medical certificate and it must be issued in Arabic, English or French.

Ukraine  05.10.2020 Ukraine changed the list of countries from which a medical certificate is required.  Partially Restrictive
United Arabs Emirates 

08.10.2020 United Arab Emirates specified that the medical certificate must be in Arabic or English, and that passengers arriving at Dubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) could be subject to a Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test.

09.10.2020 United Arab Emirates specified the requirements for the PCR test results for passengers entering or transiting Al Maktoum (DWC) and Dubai (DXB).

USA 06.10.2020 The USA introduced a "Traveler Health Form" for passengers arriving in New York State. Partially Restrictive
Uzbekistan

07.10.2020 Uzbekistan specified that the PCR test must have been taken at most 72 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Uzbekistan.

09.10.2020 Uzbekistan extended the flight suspensions until further notice.
