|Pakistan||14.10.2020 Pakistan specified that until 18 October 2020 passengers arriving from Belarus, Bulgaria, Canada, Estonia, Fiji, Italy, Lithuania, Myanmar, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden or Uganda do not need a medical certificate, and that from 19 October 2020, passengers arriving from Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia or Zimbabwe will not need a medical certificate.||Partially Restrictive|
12.10.2020 Panama removed the flight suspensions and the COVID-19 entry restrictions and introduced new medical certificate requirements for passengers.
14.10.2020 Panama specified that the medical certificate must be in Spanish or English and issued at most 48 hours before arrival.
|Paraguay||13.10.2020 Effective 21 October 2020, Paraguay will remove COVID-19 entry restrictions, will remove the flight suspensions and will introduce a requirement to submit a form online before departure.||Partially Restrictive|
