01.12.2020 Argentina extended the entry restrictions until 20 December 2020.
03.12.2020 Argentina removed passengers with proof of previous infection of COVID-19 from the medical certificate requirement.
04.12.2020 Argentina specified that the medical certificate exemption for passengers with proof of previous infection becomes effective on 6 December 2020.
05.12.2020 From 16 December 2020, Argentina will introduce a medical certificate requirement for passengers.
30.11.2020 From 1 December 2020, Aruba will no longer restrict entry to certain passengers.
01.12.2020 Aruba started allowing entry to passengers arriving from and residents of Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Rep., Ecuador, El Salvador, French Guiana, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Suriname or Uruguay. Aruba specified which passengers do not need a medical certificate.

|Cayman Island||01.12.2020 Cayman Isl. removed the flight suspensions, started allowing entry to students and introduced new entry requirements. Cayman Isl. specified that flights are still suspended.||Partially Restrictive|
|China||01.12.2020 China (People's Rep.) specified that passengers arriving from Canada must present a green QR code.||Partially Restrictive|
30.11.2020 Chinese Taipei specified the requirements for the test results from 1 December 2020.

03.12.2020 Chinese Taipei specified that passengers with a Chinese Taipei passport or an Alien Resident Certificate are subject to a test upon arrival if they do not have a medical certificate.
04.12.2020 Chinese Taipei specified that the medical certificate must be issued at most 3 working days before departure from the first embarkation point.
30.11.2020 Croatia extended entry restrictions until further notice.
02.12.2020 Croatia extended the entry restrictions until 15 December 2020, specified which passengers can enter and specified that passengers without a medical certificate are subject to a PCR test upon arrival.
02.12.2020 Curacao introduced medical screening measures on arrival, quarantine measures for cabin crew, and specified that transit is allowed if arriving from certain countries or if staying in the aircraft.

01.12.2020 India specified that British nationals with an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card or booklet do not need to arrive from the United Kingdom, and that medical visas issued on or before 21 October 2020 are no longer valid.
03.12.2020 India specified that passengers with a Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) card can enter if they are arriving from Ethiopia, France, Germany, Netherlands, Rwanda or Tanzania.
