19.10.2020 China (People's Rep.) specified that nationals of China (People's Rep.) can obtain the green QR code with an 'HS' mark by uploading the medical certificate in an App.

20.10.2020 China (People's Rep.) specified that Chinese nationals arriving from Canada must have a printed medical certificate and introduced a medical certificate requirement to passengers arriving from Chinese Taipei.

Malta

23.10.2020 Malta specified that from 24 October 2020 passengers arriving from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Ireland (Rep.), Netherlands, Poland (Gdansk and Krakow), Portugal (Porto), Switzerland or United Kingdom (Belfast, Cardiff, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester and New Castle) without the medical certificate are subject to taking the PCR test upon arrival.

24.10.2020 Malta specified that passengers arriving from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Ireland (Rep.), Netherlands, Poland (Gdansk and Krakow), Portugal (Porto), Switzerland or United Kingdom (Belfast, Cardiff, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester and New Castle) without the medical certificate are subject to taking the PCR test upon arrival.

21.10.2020 Paraguay removed COVID-19 entry restrictions, removed the flight suspensions and introduced a requirement to submit a form online before departure.

23.10.2020 Paraguay introduced a COVID-19 test requirement and specified medical insurance exemptions.

22.10.2020 Peru specified the types of COVID tests accepted and that the test must be uploaded.

24.10.2020 Senegal specified that passengers younger than 2 years do not need to have a RT-PCR test.

19.10.2020 Sri Lanka introduced a medical certificate requirement.

19.10.2020 St. Maarten specified that passengers arriving from Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Cayman Isl., St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Virgin Isl. (British) no longer need a medical certificate, but they must have a completed health declaration form.

20.10.2020 St. Maarten specified that passengers arriving from Cuba must have a medical certificate.
